Drivers and operational personnel undergo rigorous screening, ongoing safety training, dangerous goods handling certification, and equipment-specific operational training to support safe, compliant performance across the network.
We use GPS-enabled telematics and fleet monitoring technology to oversee driver behaviour, vehicle performance, inspection compliance, and operational risk in real time. Monitoring includes speeding, harsh braking, hard acceleration, seatbelt compliance, missed pre- and post-trip inspections, defect reporting, and potential collision alerts, helping our teams proactively identify issues and support continuous safety improvement.
